Chosen Collective is a consulting company that works like the Borg. We adopt talented and passionate freelancers into our group and put you in “pods” and teams that work best together and have the specific skills needed for a client project. There are no rules for who is best or who is brightest, which is the traditional way of looking at employees, instead we view our members as gurus in different niches and put them on projects that they are particularly talented or interested in. This gives us the ability to best use a designer with a taste for grunge on projects for tattoo shops or bands, and our minimalist formal designer can focus on corporate concepts, and so forth.

Aside from looking for the best and brightest individuals to contract with, we also hire interns that want to learn from our gurus. These internships come in both a paid and unpaid variety, mostly based on interest and availability.
