Most developers would agree that Magento is hands down, a great platform for e-commerce. One of the pitfalls of Magento however, is it’s lack of true content management. The system lacks any real plugins to extend the platform significantly enough to have a real content manager. Futhermore, there are very few Zend based platforms in existence, and none of them offer Magento integration. So where does that leave us? It often leaves us with a second platform that we’ll need integrate as seamless as possible with Magento. Sessions, products, accounts… these are just a few vital integration components. Today, I’m just going to cover Session/Login integration.
