Clay has a passion for business and technology. He started Chosen in 2008 and has since become a serial entrepreneur expanding services and building new applications.
Clay loves hanging out with his wife and two boys in the mountains or doing some kind of action sport. Snowboarding, skateboarding, photography, and guitar are just a few of Clay’s many hobbies.
Justin Nowak
Seed Founder: Canada
Justin is heading up our branch and outreach in Canada. He’s been involved with Chosen since fall of 2009, and has since proven to be a leader in growing the company.
As a Minnestoa Vikings fan (Calgary Flames & Toronto Raptors too), he loves to play and watch sports. His pride and joy is his son and he is dedicated to being the best dad he can.
Nick Rivera
Creative Director
Nick is our go-to creative guy. Branding, newsletter marketing, web design.. this guy does it all. Then again, he has been doing this on his own for the past few years.
No matter what medium, you’ll often find Nick doing something creative whether it’s tattoos, doodles or formal design he is always creating something new and interesting.

Nick works to play, and knows gen-y as well as technology, giving Chosen his time and talent as our consultant for any extreme sports industry
Nick is a serial entrepreneur, building businesses on his passion for skateboarding and snowboarding. You’ll catch Nick on a board all year, as well as selling and making the ones he rides.
Mark Grafton
Social Media Strategist
Mark loves social media and search engine optimization. He provides consulting and reporting and also operates smoothly as a project manager keeping us organized with tasks and communication.
When he’s not working, Mark likes to learn new technologies and blog. He’s also very much a people person, and as long as he is in good company, he is having a great time.
Zack Perdue
Web Architect
Zack stays buried in code day in and day out and still loves it! He is our main WordPress developer and loves writing plug-ins and custom themes. He is also well versed with Magento, Drupal and Kohana.
Zack is mildly obsessed with spanish. He listens to latino music, visits spanish speaking countries, and will probably settle down with a latina girl one day. In the meantime, he’s aiming to be the next Zuckerburg.
